Rainbow Candy Escapade
Once upon a time, in a little town full of giggles and grins, there was a magical moment waiting to happen. It all started when a sprinkle of rain brought out a colourful, curvy rainbow.
One sunny, drizzly day, Kai and her friends found some rainbow candy. "Yum!" they all shouted, chomping on the colourful treats. But this was no ordinary candy. As soon as Lily took a bite, she turned into a dazzling, dancing rainbow! Up, up, up she floated into the sky, bright and beautiful, leaving everyone below gasping in surprise.
"Oh no, my friend!”, Kai cried. But then she had a brilliant idea. She grabbed a handful of rainbow candy and munched it down. In an instant, she too became a rainbow and soared up to join Lily. They laughed and loop-de-looped through the clouds, painting the sky with their shimmering colours.
Seeing the fun, all the other kids grabbed the rainbow candy and popped it into their mouths. Soon, the sky was filled with flying, frolicking, fantastic friends! They played games like "Ring-Around-the-Rainbow" and "Hide-and-Go-Glow."
But like all good things, the rain eventually stopped, and the rainbow began to fade. One by one, the kids floated gently back down to the ground. As they landed, there were some giggles and groans.
"Ouch! My bottom feels like a bouncy ball!" said Lily.
"My head's spinning like a top!" giggled Kai.
But luckily, no one was really hurt, just a bit dizzy from their high-flying adventure.
Lily looked up at the sky where the rainbow had been. "I wonder how long rainbows last?" she mused.
Kai smiled and said, "Rainbows come and go, just like rainy days. They might be brief, but they're always a bright surprise. So even if the weather isn't perfect, there's always something wonderful to see."
